GET GRETEL KILLEEN OFF BIG BROTHER AND OFF MY TELEVISION!


After 6 Seasons of the same old, immature and sexist comments, we are sick and tired of bearing witness to Gretel Killeen's apparent "humour". Her pompous attitude and her "I'm smarter than you" interview techniques aggravate and irritate viewers.

Gretel doesn't reach or communicate well with her audience anymore and her interview techniques are no longer up to scratch with the Big Brother production.

A better host in waiting is Mike Goldman and his polished skills are more than capable of filling the gap and would be a better face of Big Brother. He is able to deal with spontaneity of responses and can ask the tongue and cheek questions everyone wants to know without offending viewers.

This petition is not here to get rid of the Big Brother production that we all know and love, but rather to update the format and the face of Big Brother.

We highly endorse Mike Goldman to take over, however the replacement of Gretel Killeen is essential for the longevity and success of Big Brothers to come. We only hope that Mike Goldman can handle the extended hours and demands that hosting the eviction, nominations and Up Late may have on his time.

A recent slump in ratings only proves that Gretel has not got what it takes to be the face of Big Brother anymore. The facts are undeniable.

If coaches can face the sack when clubs underperform, why can't hosts?
